Ringless Voicemail allows for brands to drop pre-approved recordings to customers' Voicemail boxes without actually ringing the call. Calls originate from random local numbers and callbacks can be configured to route to any Regal or customer owned phone line.
Recording Requirements:
1. Caller's full legal name (i.e. company name or DBA) is clearly stated at the beginning of the recording.
2. Reason for the call
3. Must be human voice
