How to Use External Transfer Phonebook

Create External Transfer Number (Admin)

Configure transfer phonebook numbers for your agents to reference. Go to Settings > External Transfer Phonebook page and add/edi`t phonebook numbers. 

The numbers can be exposed to All Users or only specific teams. Agents will only see the numbers exposed to All or the teams they are in. 

Use External Transfer Number (Agent)

During a call, agent can choose to transfer externally and select from the configured phonebook numbers. Only those configured for All Users and the team the agent is in will be shown in the dropdown. Manually inputted transfer numbers will still be accepted in the input area.
